Mike Green

Mike is an executive coach, organisation development consultant, tutor and author with a passion for helping individuals and teams set their vision and achieve their goals.

For over twenty years he has been helping individuals, teams and organisations in all three sectors manage change. He is also a prolific author having written a number of leadership, change management and personal development books and manuals - all underpinned by extensive research and based on practical organisational experience.

Professional Background

Mike is an Economics and Accounting graduate from the University of Bristol but quite early on in his career decided to involve himself in industrial relations, human resources and management development. He is a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, has an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Mike is also an accredited Executive Coach.

He is currently a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School, tutoring in Leadership & Change, People & Performance and Personal Development on the MBA programme, as well as working on bespoke executive education programmes.

Mike has consulted and coached with Allied Domecq, Bristol & West plc, Britannia Building Society, Deutsche Telekom, IBM, Linklaters llp, National Westminster Bank, QinetiQ and Zurich Financial Services. In the public sector he has worked similarly with the NHS, a number of Local Government Authorities, and Central Government Departments and Agencies.

Personal Profile

Mike lives with his partner outside of the City of Bath, has two sons and a daughter who have flown the nest. He enjoys swimming and walking, and loves to write.
